Returns & Refunds

Because many LuxePersona products are made to order, returns and refunds are handled according to the condition of the item and the type of order.

Refund Window

Please contact us within 30 days after delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

Eligible Cases

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong item, size, color, or design sent
  • Printing or production error
  • Package confirmed lost by the carrier

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product
  • Personalized/custom products after production has started, unless there is a production issue
  • Minor color differences caused by screen display settings
  • Delivery delays outside the carrier estimate

How To Request Help

Email hello@luxepersona.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they enter production. Please contact us as quickly as possible after placing the order.
